Gear Playbooks for Supportworks
A scalable learning system spanning print and digital. I developed the visual system for six Gear Playbooks, translating complex training content into a cohesive experience across printed books and our LMS. Working within a collaborative review process, I carried the system from concept through production, creating a flexible framework designed for consistency and growth.
Designing a system, not just a series of books
Each discipline needed its own identity while remaining part of a larger learning ecosystem. In collaboration with the Art Director and department stakeholders, I developed a flexible visual framework using distinct color palettes, consistent typography, photography, and repeatable layout principles. Through an iterative review process, I incorporated feedback while maintaining a cohesive system that made dense training content easier to navigate and extended seamlessly into our LMS.
